Premiere Pro 15.0 crash on launch

I updated to PP21 (current version) and it then wouldn't launch and I tried it multiple times.

Then I uninstalled it, including the preferences, and still no go.

PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

I rely on PP for my business and I'm dead in the water.
