Premiere Pro 15.2 Issue when using the keyboard's arrows

The issue occurs when you have the Program Monitor expanded. I'm working on adjusting a mask and when I want to go to the next frame, the keyboard arrow (→) doesn't work. This doesn't happens in version 15.1 where you can go back and go forward using the keyboard arrows without any issue.
