Premiere Pro 15.2 not opening in Windows

Have successfully used PP 15.2 in last 2 weeks, now refuses to open at all. Clicking OPEN results in no visible action, but laptop fan goes into high mode as if opening. Uninstalled/Reinstalled several times - installed previous 15.1 version: same issue.

Possibly related: windows system 32 error finding logiLDA.dll.  Removed logitech app from startup, still no change.

Have not had any recent Windows updates in the last 2 weeks.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi DTSR,

     

    Sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the specifications of the system that you are using (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, are you getting the error regarding missing logiLDA.dll while launching Premiere Pro? If so, instead of removing the Logitech Options app from the startup, have you tried uninstalling it from the system & checked if Premiere Pro is launching properly?
