Premiere pro 15.4 preview freezing, and looking like in the picture

Did this happen with anyone else? I already tried everything, and the only solution was to make a downgrade to premiere pro 15.0, but I need the 15.4 version, because i use a lot of essential graphics

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?

Update graphics card driver

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.
