Premiere Pro 2017 Keeps crashing at startup

I have been trying to install the app for a few hours now and I cannot solve it at all. It has been opened for less than a second before it crashes.

My laptop is Dell XPS 13, windows 10.

Ram 8 GB

with 64-bit

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200 CPU @ 2.20GHz

memory 128GB

Can you help me to solve this problem? I cannot use the Configure Switchable Graphics because I don't use AMD.

No, it doesn't work. I think the problem lays somewhere else. Thank you for the suggestion though.

Thanks for providing the details but you missed out on the GPU. Let us know which GPU is installed in your machine.
