Premiere Pro 2017 - Legacy version

Hi all 

First time poster.

I have an older iMac (2020 was the last version it allowed to install), However I have some miniDV tapes I need to capture and I understand that 2017 is a good stable version to do this as QuickTime and iMovie are just not cutting it.

Is there a way to get a legacy version? (I have an education account)
