Premiere Pro 2017 Update Graphic Title Low Level Exceptions

I just updated my Premiere Pro to the newest version and got these errors when I try to create a graphic title. Even I try to just click and type, it didn't work. How can I solve this? Thank you so much!

I haven't seen that before.  Try working through the troubleshooter.
