Premiere Pro 2018 no sound on playback (.mov files only) - Win 10

Have some large .mov files (~60gb) that only play sound for about 10 seconds on playback, regardless of where I am in the clip. Video continues, but sound goes silent.

Do not have any sound issues with other types of files.

Using PP 2018, on Windows 10.

What created the files ... screen-grab, camera, what?

How old are they?

I think they were recorded on a hard drive from a live camera feed at an event.

They are about a month old.

.mov format, about 63GB

Drag/drop a file onto MediaInfo installed on your desktop. It's a utility we use "around here" a lot, to puzzle out media issues.

Then when that app launches, go into its Tree view, and post screengrabs of the video and audio sections on your reply.
