Premiere Pro 2018 Open Captions messes with my video

Hi!

So, I have this problem that when I add open captions to my sequence the video that I have edited changes.

Why is that? Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Here is a video of what I mean.

Without the open caption the cursor moves down one time, but with the open captions the cursor moves down two times.
