Premiere Pro 2019 - Red selection square in Essential graphics / text editing is missing

Hey there,

a strange but very frustrating behaviour:

Suddenly the selection frame for text editing is missing. You can not see where the cursor is, nor is the selection frame with the handles visible.

When I reset Premiere, they come back.

Sorry about that, but I have no trouble with selecting text.

Try doing a "Select All". Does that work?
