Having been using pro 2019 sucessfully for sometime but as I have purchased the lot I thought I would upgrade to Pro2020. WhenI tried to open a project it crashed and stated " The current version of your Intel display driver may cause performance and stability issues.  It is strongly recommended that you update to driver version 100.6286 or later.  Drivers are provided by Intel or your computer's manufacturer.

When I tried to load this driver it would load and now Pro 2019 keeps crashing with this  message. Help is urgently required.

Hi rogers59353536,

Sorry about the poor experience. Are you getting the same error in the System Compatibility Report after updating the GPU drivers? If so, please send us a copy of the System Compatibility Report (you may click Export Report button on the System Compatibility Report window to generate a copy of the report). Also, want to be sure of the version of Premiere Pro that you are currently using. Is it 2019 or 2020? Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I am running Premiere Pro 2019 and was still getting the same error message until I choose to ignore it as having checked my system Intel states that my Graphics 4600 driver is up to date. When I tried Premiere Pro 2020 it caused chaos, so I returned to 2019.
