Premiere pro 2020 and OS Catalina

I upgraded to Catalina and I am can no longer drag clips into a timeline or move the clips within the timeline. The drag and drop function seems not to be working. What should I do?

Is this a function of the imcompatibility of Catalina and premiere pro?
