Premiere Pro 2020 bug : Shortcuts not working

Hi, since I've been using Premiere Pro on macOS (Catalina 10.15.5) I noticed several times that some of the shortcuts do not work properly. I am specifically talking about "Toggle view" and "Full screen" which are : cntl+` and shift+\

Nothing happens when I press them unless I restart the programme. I checked out keyboard's language was correct but it seems to be a bug. 

Even after unistalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro, the problem hasn't been resolved.

Has any one an idea or the same problem ?
