Premiere Pro 2020 doesn't load past this screen

Hello, Everyone!

My Premiere Pro doesn't load past this screen since 1 month ago. I am not sure what is the root cause of this. The screen just loads for forever...

Does someone have an idea how to solve this?

    I did reset a few times and it still won't wanna load. Do you happen to have any other idea?

      Can you please provide us with the specs info of your pc? operating system?RAM etc.

      and it's a good idea to delete premiere pro and install it again and check if the issue persists
