Premiere pro 2020 stuck when trying to render 14 frames or more

Hi guys!

This is a very specific problem, I know, but here goes:

I am trying to render a sequence of 5760*1080, which has three 1920*1080 put together, sliding. Each 1920*1080 is split to 16 split screens, 4x4.

Each time I tried rendering it Adobe got stuck, resulting me canceling the render, resulting Adobe to stop responding.

I tried to debug it and found this: when I render up to 13 frames at a time - everything works. when I try to render 14 frames or more, suddenly the problem happens again, and the rendering gets stuck.

Anyone has *any* idea what happened here? I'm about to bang my head against the wall.

Thank you!

Render a preview or are you using the term "render" to mean export?

Can you post a screen shot of your sequence settings (Click anywhere in the timeline then go to the menu Sequence > Settings)?

If you mean export, can you also post a screen shot of your export settings summary, like this example below?
