Premiere Pro 2020 Weird Screen Tearing - Colorful Line Glitches

Since I've updated to Premiere Pro 2020, I've notices some weird glitches when playing back footage.  I don't know if it would be considered screen tearing, but that's what it reminds me of.  Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?  It's pretty distracting while editing.

 

Edting on an iMac, Intel Core i5 3.2GHz, AMD Radeon R9 M390 2GB, 32GB RAM, running macOS Mojave (version 10.14.6)
