Premiere Pro 2021 and 2022 will not open unless multiple re-boots

Question

I have BCC and Saphire installed and it keeps getting hung up on loading the blur motion saphire plug in. I could not be more annoyed. I have trashed my preferences, etc. I don't know what to do, I'm consederening make a probably useless phone call, but the way this program is inconsitently behaving is driving me nuts. It's taking time out of my day as a professional, I have deadlines to meet and a program that is constantly not starting is a huge time suck... any thoughts are appreciated, before I make a phone call.

There is a bug in the current Premiere ... 22.1.2 ... where certain Boris and Maxon/Red-Giant plugins don't work, and can cause fritzing on launch of Premiere.

To launch with the issue, simply hold the Enter key down during the whole launch process, and it pretty quickly gets loaded.

Some users can go back to 22.0 and work just fine if they clear the cache first. As that is still a22.x build, you can open anything you've been working in a 22.1 build still in 22.0.

And we're all waiting for Pr and Maxon engineers to get a final fix out. They released an update last week that took care of some of the issues, but a few remain.
