Premiere Pro 2021 Crashing during Match Frame and other functions

Hi all, hoping somebody can help me out here, or at least let me know if this is a issue with Premiere or if I have some unstable project here...

I am editing in premiere with RED footage (w/ ProRes proxies) and Premiere is crashing whenever i hit the F key (matchframe) or try to access the RED source footage. Both functions have been working perfectly for the last few weeks on this project, but suddenly have cause the program to crash.

So far as I can tell as long as I avoid those two moves, the project opperates great and I have no restrictions or lag.
