Premiere Pro 2021 "Transcribe Sequence" option not available on my system

I run Premier Pro 2021 on a P.C.  I have Cloud and Premier fully updated as of 6-22-21.  I am practicing to learn the new Captions tools, as I have need to caption nearly ALL my work.  But the "Transcribe Sequence" button does not appear in my captions/Text window.... see image.  Any ideas?

You can update Premiere Pro now and have access to this feature. Have fun!

What can I do if I can't upgrade to the new MacOS? I'm stuck with Premiere 15.4.1. Does this mean I have to buy some other software to get the features I used to have with Premiere?

I apprecaite the help.  I was under the impression that it was no longer in Beta.  Appreciate the helpful link to apply for Beta Access.  - cpd

The transcription/speech to text function is still in Beta. You can apply for access.
