There is a problem with 2022 premiere that is crashing all the time. Between 2 commands I have to save the file.

Hi Shoummay23567051svjr,

What are the specifications of the media file (format/codec, frame rate & frame size) that you are working with? Also, are you running any other apps/services in the background while using Premiere Pro?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Your computer is definetly below specs, especially if working with heavier footage.

Or, you might have a corrupted video file.
If you are working with a video from a screen recording, run it through Handbrake first.

Thanks for your reply

I edited with premiere pro several times without any issues

But I tried to edit a 1 hour long video

and it's crashing then I putted a 40 seconds long clip and it's still crashing

also premiere pro became laggy.

Hi Shoummay,

Sorry. Might the problem be related to the actual footage? Which camera did the footage come from?

Thanks,
Kevin

Computer might be somewhat underpowered.
