Samuel,

We have not heard back from you. If you are still having the problem after updating to 22.1.2, resetting folder permissions, deleting media cache, and it still does not work, and want this post unlocked, let me know via PM. OK? I hope you solved your issue. If others are having this issue, please create a new post.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Samuel,

Sorry. Try turning off hardware decoding in Preferences > Media and reboot. Same problem? Let us know.

If you still can't output H.264, try Software Encoding in the Export Settings window in the Video tab. Still no go? Export ProRes 422. Create your H.264 files from this flattened file. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks,
Kevin

tell us your source properties and sequence settings...     Maybe you should roll back your operating system.  Was Premiere working in a previous OS?   And how much RAM to you have and what are your source properties?  And here are the minimum specs for Premiere
