Premiere Pro 2022 does not open a project on a Mac M1

Guys, hi! I have a problem in Premier Pro 2022: when I open a project, it does not open, but simply disappears, although it seems to be open on a Macbook M1. When you create a new project, there are no problems, but as soon as you open it after restarting Premier Pro, it no longer opens and does not work with hotkeys. When you click on your project from the main screen, it is either not completely displayed on the screen, or it is shown as in the screenshot. Because of this problem, hotkeys in combinations with cmd may not work.
