Premiere Pro 2022 - Unable to Drag/Drop into Sequence

I have been using Premiere Pro for years. I have never had an issue but all week I have been having nothing but issues. I cannot drag and drop footage into my sequence. I have tried all the suggestions I've seen provided here and it still isn't working. I am stumped and incredibly frustrated.

Please help. 😞

Appreciate everyones help! I needed to update and restart my computer. The issue has now been resolved.

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.
