Premiere Pro 2023 (23.1.0) Q and W shortcut keys, ripple trim to the playhead, are not working

My Q and W shortcut keys for ripple triming left and right of the playhead are not responsive.

I've tried selecting the default keyboard in the dropdown menu of the keyboard shortcuts interface. That did not work.  Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts>Keyboard Layout Preset: Adobe Premiere Pro Default

I briefly searched the Adobe community for help and the top result involved saving a .kys file for the default keyboard into a folder in my Adobe user profile. This also didn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?

Solved my own problem. It was user error, ughh.

The problem/solution was I did not have track targeting activated for any of the video tracks I was trying to ripple trim, i.e. the V1, V2, etc.

Other shortcuts worked like the command K cut tool so I didn't even think about track targeting being my issue.
