premiere pro 2023 problem

  1. last time while i was editing a problem occured and this problem was that:
    in the premiere pro software when you drag a video on top or beside another video or even when you are making a specific video longer it should slows down and stop when it touches the other video
    's edge on the timeline but now either the videos are above or beside each otherit keeps moving at the same pace without letting me decide wether to countinue draging or to stop draging in the same time the other video is on my timeline this problem really wastes my time and ruins my editing so can any one tell me how to turn on the line that appear when you drag a clip to the edge of another one please

Hit S for snap (magnet, top left corner timeline).
