Premiere Pro 2023 v23.6.x

Hi Adobe team and community. I need some help. I have a slightly older computer and it doesn't support AVX2, which is necessary to open most Adobe apps, but I urgently need to use Adobe Premiere. I did some research and the Premiere Pro 2023 v23.6.x version doesn't require AVX2. I contacted support and they don't have a download link for that version. Could someone who has it please send it to me?
