Premiere Pro 2024

Just finished rough cut of new doc, and at 122-minutes its long and huge file, but... crashing on new edits in the middle without saving changes, so agent comes on and takes it offline... now can't find picture icons in bins either and looks like a lot of material must be re-imported! The agent hangs up on me during last night session, after taking control of the screen. How are creatives that don't know 100 percent of every technical move supposed to finish projects? Amatuer hour without any explaination. Any ideas to resume where I left off?

That is a complex project for sure, something that takes some practice at making work well.

 

I suggest you look through the Adobe long-form documentation ... even though you're not working in Production mode, which is what one should use for that work, there are some very good general large-project tips and information that can really help sort out a lot of things.

 

It's the best documentation on Premiere I've seen out of Adobe ... I'm thinking because the primary author was @Jarle Leirpoll  ...

So that's. your answer, after I stated the agent hung up twice on this issue? That's the point... you pay the money, every month- every year for the service and get lowsy customer service and my screen still wide open.

Were you connected to the Video Queue?

It is a higher level of support.
