Premiere Pro 2024 keeps crashing as soon as Premiere tries to access Windows.

Premiere Pro 2024 crashing as soon as Windows is accessed through Premiere Pro.

Meaning Save As, Export selection as Premiere Project, Import media through Premiere and changing file names and location for export will make Premiere crash immediately. 

 

Installed a fresh windows including new Adobe Suit and no change. Tried different version of Premiere and no change

 

Premiere version: 24.6.1

    Did PPro 23.x run correctly, on this same system?
