Premiere Pro 2024 version 24.5 doesn't open

Premiere Pro 2024 doesn't want to start. Get the following error: this app cannot run on your pc.

1. Shutdown and restart the pc

2. Checked if I had the latest update from premiere pro. Confirmed

3. Checked if premiere pro could run on my pc. Confirmed.

4. Tried to start other Adobe apps in my package. Worked

How to solve this?

Having the same issue!!!
Already uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled and it won't open!!!
WHY DO I PAY FOR THIS CRAP???
