Premiere Pro 2025 Doesn't Open or Crashes

I'm trying to open Premiere Pro and it keeps with a blank page. I already reseted the computer, logged of from creative cloud and logged in again, uninstalled and stalled again, tried to instal a previous version, but nothing solved the problems.

All other softwares are working fine. I used Capcut to edit some videos and it was ok. But, I still have projects on Premiere that I need to open and I can't.

The support isn't giving me an human answer and I don't know what else to do to work. It's been very frustrating to work with Premiere Pro!
