Question

Premiere Pro 2025 has been working perfectly with Media Encoder 2025, but having upgraded both to 2026, all of my renders fail. I think its not connecting to the Dynamic Link Librari. How can I solve this, please?

Thank you for your help - this problem only happened BECAUSE I UPGRADED.  I keep everything up to date, and always use the latest versions.  Having read all of the forums before calling for help, that was one of the first checks.

THE SOLUTION WAS THAT THE GRAPHICS CARD IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED BY ADOBE - However, the option to revert to Software rendering was greyed out.  I switched to a different graphics card, and all is working perfectly

As PeruBob notes, both must be 26.x, and please, on launch of Premiere or Me, hold down the Shift key, and then select the option to clear all cache files.

    Hi Robbie34135385e7mh,

Sorry about the poor experience. Could you please confirm the exact version of Premiere & Media Encoder that you are using?

    Thanks,
    Sumeet
