Premiere pro 2025 new clip transition missing issue! help!!

I was using the newly released clip transition just fine,

but at some point, it disappeared from the video clips and only remained on the audio clips.
If anyone knows how to enable or disable this, please help me out!

    You will have to drop a transition on the cut first but there are no handles like the audio transitions.
