Premiere Pro 2026 keeps lagging and freezing

Hi Adobe Support,Premiere Pro 2026 version 26.3.2 keeps lagging and freezing while I am editing. Premiere Pro 2025 version 25.6.2 works normally on the same computer, so I downgraded to continue working.My PC specifications:- Windows 11 Home 64-bit- Intel Core i7-12700F- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070- 64 GB RAMPlease investigate whether this is a known issue with Premiere Pro 2026 and advise me on how to fix it.Thank you.

Hello there, Khor Han Sen,Thanks for the post. Sounds frustrating. I do understand your issue. We can try troubleshooting. Relaunch Premiere and press the Shift key to open the Reset Options dialog box. Delete all media cache from this dialog box. Reopen your project, and new media cache is created. Try now and see if you have better performance. Let us know how it goes. Thanks,Kevin
