Premiere Pro 2026 Won't Launch – "App is Damaged" Error

I've been paying for the Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but for months now I haven't been able to use the regular Premiere Pro app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, but every time I launch it, I get the following error:

"Adobe Premiere Pro 2026" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I usually end up giving up and using the Beta version instead, but since I'm paying for the full subscription, I don't think it's reasonable that I can't use the standard release.

How can I fix this issue and get the regular Premiere Pro app working again?
