Crash issue:

When I select an sequence and then hit - command-C (to copy and paste). It will crash on the command-C. It's crashed every time I have tried to duplicate a sequnce this way. / Im able to work around with duplicate, but this is a big problem.

TROUBLESHOOTING NOTES: 1. I opened a fresh premierer project - created new sequence - then copy paste. It worked without isse.  2. I went to a sequence in project with issue and found an old edit that had only 1 file of audio (aiff), tried to copy and paste - it crashed on the command-C.

Any help to offer?

Hi Parker22039040v8dr,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please try these steps & check if it's working properly.

  • Create a new project & navigate to Window > Workspaces & uncheck Import Workspace from Projects.
  • Navigate to File > Import & import the project file you were working with.
  • Once imported, save this new project & check if you are able to use Command + C.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Sumeet
