Question

Premiere Pro 22.1.2 not responsible or crashing from a two-minute

Hi,

For two days, Prime Minister Pro freezes immediately when loading projects (any) or freezes after 2/3 minutes.

It did not happen immediately after the update, so it is probably not because of the 22.0 version it also happens.

I already wiped the cashe files and did any device updates.

I don't know how to solve it anymore.
Help!

Hi Tobiasz5C4F!

Sorry to hear that. Can you let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Does your project saved in a shared or external drive?

Thanks,

Kartika

Thank you for reaching out Kartika - here are my details;

OS : Windows 10 Pro

CPU : Intel Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.70GHz

RAM : 32G

GPU : Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Project saves without problems but it is kept on an external SSD

I also tried to save it to my C drive which is also SSD, same results

Thanks, Johann

How large are those drives and how much free space is on those drives?

I have a similar issue. No problem loading (starting) PP, but as soon as I try to open a project then all of a sudden it takes a while before the project is loaded, Same goes for exiting a project. The funny thing though; should I open or close another project (with the first one still open), it is basically instantaneous. I am running the latest version / caches are cleaned etc.
