Premiere Pro 22.3 does not start - missing MSVCR110.dll and MSVCP110.dll

Hello!

I could not start any more Premiere Pro 22.3. I got a error message saying that MSVCR110.dll and MSVCP110.dll are missing.

I tried to delete all versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and to install the latest version. It did not help.

I deletet Premiere Pro 22.3 and installed version 22.2. Premiere Pro 22.2 startet flawless.

Any suggestions to resolve the problem with version 22.3?

If Ann Bens's suggestion doesn't help, go to the following article, download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files and restart your computer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

In the control panel try the repair function on the visual C.
