Premiere Pro 22.6.4 will not open on iMac Pro

I have an iMac Pro (2017) with 64GB of RAM, running Monterey 12.6.3. I installed Premiere Pro 22.6.4, and it crashes every single time I try to open it.  Everything SAYS these are compatible, but it won't run.  Any ideas?

I need that version to be compatible with a client.
