Premiere pro 23.4 won't open

Ok thanks good to know. I had no luck with 23.4 even with holding alt and deleting preferences, cleaning the cache, disabling 3rd party plugins etc for one time. It does seem to quit when loading plugins on startup so that would make sense.

Ok, we know what's up in our environment now.  A specific plug-in is causing the issue.  Our vendor, BitCentral, sent out a bulletin on it, and I'm guessing they're on it.

Having the same issue on 23.4. Had to roll back to 23.3 to make both Premiere and After Effects boot. On Windows 10 Pro

Ouch. Yeah I think we may need a 24.1 pretty quickly! I am sticking to 23.3 for now even though it has it's own issues.  

I hear ya.  We tried all the usual things like deleting preferences, deleting media cache, deleting Windows/temp and local user temp files, with no luck.

I opened a team project in 23.4 and premiere was very crashy. Had to trash preferences and then the project opened. I don't know why Premeire is ssuch a buggy mess with preferences. I downgraded to 23.3 out of spite. 

I'm having the same issue on 2 systems that recently upgraded from 23.3 to 23.4.  Rolling back to 23.3 fixed each one.  I try to do the upgrades in a controlled manner for our environment but now with the auto-upgrade I've lost some control and users are getting 23.4 and hosing things.
