Premiere Pro 23 not converting Insta360 videos to 360 when import

hello all, 

i just got Premiere Pro 23 because i would like to combind a few 360 videos i took into 1 video. i googled best software to do this and this one was to the top choose. when i follow all the instructions about downloading the Insta360 software and then adding the gopro FX reframe plugin. then downloading APP23 it shows the plugin in the video effect section like it said it will but when i add it to the video, it does nothing. it should convert it to a 360 view but it still show a landscape view. i tried messing with some setting but with no luck. attach picture showing with out plugin and one the plugin.
