Premiere Pro 24.0.3 doesn't have the new Enhanced Audio feature

Hi all, 

 

Just updated my Premiere Pro to the newest version; however, I can not use the newest Enhanced Speach feature that was announced at the Adobe Max. My Essential Sound panel looks different than all of those influencers' Premiere panels on Youtube.
Anyone has a clue?
