Premiere Pro 24.0.3 keeps crashing when saving or open files

Please help me. Premiere Pro is crashing all the time and when i try to re-open after a crash, the media is not linked so i have to start over again. I have filed several reports after the crashes. 

MacOS, Sonoma 14.1.1

    Adobe tech support told me to delete preferences and start again. It solved the problem.

    @rasterblaster99 Thank you for sharing your experience. I deleted the preferences and it seems to work. Keeping my fingers crossed!

    Adobe tech support told me to delete preferences and start again. It solved the problem.

    same here... it's either processing media or crashing upon starting

    I'm having the same problem. Premier 24.0.3 opens and then crashes. Sometimes it works for an hour and then crashes. Diagnostics tells me to upgrade to 24.0.3 which is what I'm already using.
