Premiere Pro 24.0 Crashes when Exporting

Basically what the title says. When I tried exporting a clip it crashes, every time. I tried uninstalling and installing but nothing worked. I tried different formats. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Sidney5E3A - Checking in on this,  I believe your PC is part of the impacted Intel bugs detailed here https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/cpus/intel-says-13th-and-14th-gen-mobile-cpus-are-crashing-but-not-due-to-the-same-bug-as-desktop-chips-chipmaker-blames-common-software-and-hardware-issues

Can you try updating your bios settings and let us know if that helps your issue?

Any Head-up software installed, ie: to see framerates, fan speeds, etc. How about overclocking?

You can always record your screen on your phone if you can't grab a screenshot.

Try the updated versions as Jamie suggests, here's the Premiere Beta forum. And the Beta software is inside Creative Cloud desktop.

Hi @Sidney5E3A - Can you try updating to 24.6.1 and let us know if you are still having issues.  Can you try the beta and see if that helps as well.

There's another post around where the solution was a bios setting, I believe it had to do with enabling  XMP.

Most of us are not having such a significant problem. Did you try both exporting and sending to Media Encoder?

What various formats? Did you try ProRes?

Not with the amount of info you supplied. We don't even know if you are Mac or PC? Layout some details about your system, clips, etc.

Many thanks!

I'm on PC:

i9-14900KF

RTX 4080

64gb ram

I can't record what happens because my entire PC crashes.

The Adobe Crash files I get are "DMP files" and not able to be dragged and dropped here.
