Premiere Pro 24.0 is choppy and slow

Hi,

I was able to edit video last week with no lag, but this week, the video started lagging and going slow.

I'm using proxies, I've done all the settings recommended by the website, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled again and installed an earlier version. I've opened previous videos I've edited and they're all running choppy and slow. The video is stored on my internal SSD, but I tried the videos on my external SSD and external Hard drive. This is a brand new computer and there is basically nothing on it and theres 58 GB of RAM available for Premiere.

It was working fine last week. The only thing I've downloaded since then are adobe updates.
