Premiere pro 24.6.1 doens't open

I have a Macbook air M1 and my premiere pro started having some issues on playback and previews. So the project I was editing suddently stopped working and I couldn't see any previews or media, and the payback won't run. Sometimes I could listen the music but no images running and couldn't stop.
I tried many things such as cleaning media cache, reset app preferences, relink media, cleaning disk space, install all updates requested...

 

Now things got worst because my premiere doens't even open. It crashes straight. I don't know what to do and why this is happening?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
