premiere pro 24.6.5 and monterey

I just upgraded to premiere 24.6.5 on my macbook pro

and it keeps slowing down. are there some tech specs that I am not aware of or is this version of premiere just bad. how far can I upgrade in monterey.

Hi was it working on the previous Premiere 2024 version? Was it fine?

Thanks for the message. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Try pressing Shift at launch for the Reset Options dialog box. See if resetting preferences and deleting media cache might help. Let us know!
