Premiere Pro 25.1.0 Can't Select GPU for Rendering

In Premiere Pro 25.1.0 I am not able to select the GPU for rendering.  I have worked through the solution in the pinned FAQ and this post which is referenced in several other posts with the same problem.  I have another computer with the same model GPU that is working.

My System:

Brand new install, just built.

CPU - Intel Core Ultra 9 285K

GPU - Intel Arc A770

OS - Windows 11 Pro

What I've Tried (not necessarily in order):

  1.  Reinstall Premiere and Media Encoder.
  2.  Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool on Premiere and Media Encoder.
  3.  Used GPUSniffer (it sees the GPU).
  4.  Clean reinstall of the GPU drivers.
  5.  Set Windows graphics settings to use the GPU for Premiere.

I'm not sure what to try next.  Thanks.

Hi @charlieb42371509 - We have seen some issues regarding new drivers for the intel arc gpus.  Have you tried rolling back to a previous driver?

Hi @charlieb42371509 -  Can you share screenshots of what you’re seeing and what you expect to see?
