Premiere Pro 26.0 Object Mask does not detect any objects
오브젝트 마스크(Object Mask) 기능을 사용하려고 하는데, 오브젝트 선택 도구를 활성화한 후 프로그램 모니터에서 인물이나 물체 위에 마우스 커서를 올려도 오브젝트가 전혀 감지되지 않는 문제가 발생하고 있습니다.
정상적인 경우에는 마우스를 오브젝트 위에 올리면 해당 인물이나 물체의 영역이 자동으로 감지되어 하이라이트/윤곽선이 표시되어야 하는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 하지만 현재는 오브젝트 마스크 도구 자체는 정상적으로 활성화되지만, 화면의 어떤 부분에 마우스를 올려도 감지 표시가 전혀 나타나지 않습니다.
인물의 얼굴, 머리카락, 몸, 배경과 명확하게 구분되는 영역 등 여러 부분에서 시도했지만 동일합니다. 다른 프레임에서도 테스트했지만 오브젝트가 전혀 인식되지 않습니다.
현재 프로젝트의 렌더러는 **Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL)**로 설정되어 있습니다.
문제 해결을 위해 Premiere Pro 재시작, 미디어 캐시 삭제, 다른 클립 및 프레임에서 테스트 등을 시도했지만 문제가 해결되지 않았습니다.
오브젝트 마스크 버튼 자체는 활성화되기 때문에 기능을 선택하지 않은 문제는 아닌 것으로 보입니다. 다만 Object Mask의 오브젝트 감지/hover preview가 전혀 작동하지 않는 상태입니다.
혹시 Premiere Pro 26.0에서 발생하는 알려진 버그인지, 또는 Object Mask의 AI 오브젝트 감지 기능을 초기화하거나 복구할 수 있는 방법이 있는지 궁금합니다.

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro 26.0 on Windows, and I'm having an issue with the Object Mask feature.
When I activate the Object Mask selection tool and hover my mouse over a person or object in the Program Monitor, nothing is detected or highlighted at all.
Normally, when hovering over an object, Premiere Pro should automatically detect it and display a highlighted outline/selection preview. However, in my case, the Object Mask tool itself appears to be activated correctly, but no detection preview or outline appears anywhere on the screen, regardless of where I move the cursor.
I have tried hovering over clearly distinguishable areas such as a person's face, hair, body, and other objects with strong contrast from the background. I have also tested different frames and clips, but the issue remains the same.
My current renderer is:
Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL)
I have already tried:
- Restarting Premiere Pro
- Deleting the media cache
- Testing different clips and frames
- Confirming that GPU acceleration is enabled
- Re-selecting and reactivating the Object Mask tool
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.
The Object Mask button/tool itself activates normally, so it seems that the problem is specifically with object detection / hover preview not working at all.
Is this a known issue with Premiere Pro 26.0? Is there a way to reset or repair the AI object detection component used by Object Mask?
