Premiere pro and adobe apps are all downlaoded but creative cloud states I can still install

so i always get errors saying format is not supported so issume im on a older version but cant update as it thinks i dont have the apps installed which all still run normlly other then some annoying errors.

For subscription plans for individuals, Creative Cloud Desktop should show the most recent versions of the applications (even if an older version is insalled and in use) and the button should reflect the status of the corresponding application.  We may see "Install", "Not Supported", "Try", "Buy", or "Start Trial".

If it's an Enterprise account, it will only show the applications authorized by whomever maintains the Adobe account.

Exactly what do the error messages say?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
