So when I copy and paste a segment from my premiere pro cc 2014 to after effects cc 2014,I taught that every thing that I would do in after effects would be in my premiere pro sequence (the effects/transitions) but it isnt working like that,am I doing something wrong?

If I am please explain me how i should do so I can edit my clips in premiere pro and add effects in after effects

Hey man!

Not sure, how you are working at the moment, but this is how it should work:

- Have an After Effects Project open

- Go to your Premiere Pro Sequence

-Highlight the clips you want to bring over to After Effects

- Right click -> Replace with After Effects Composition

- Wait

- The Sequence appears in After Effects

- Do your After Effects work

- Go back to Premiere Pro and you see all the After Effects work in your timeline

But I'm not sure why you are still in CC14, and I'm not sure if CC14 supports this workflow.

Maybe it's time to buy a license and pay the 29,99 a month and not used an age-old cracked version? haha

Thanks

Jannick

Checked it works but, im doing an higlight of best moments from a video games that has a sound track on it

if i do it with this method does it mean i need to make cuts in the sound track?

Cause if i just make it a composition the hole music goes to a ae project then it becomes unusable if i try to edit another clip with after effects.

Sorry for the explaination its the best way i can tell what  i want to do, and im a newbie in premiere pro
